All sales are final

Our books are digital files (PDF) that are delivered to you immediately after payment. Because a digital file can't be returned once it has been delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once delivery has started, where such a right applies.

Problems with a download? We're here to help

If a file doesn't open, seems damaged, or never reached your email, write to [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout. We answer within two business days and we'll gladly send you a new copy or fix the problem. If we can't fix a faulty file, we will refund you. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
