Terms of Sale

1. Who we are
This website and the Dorothy Mae books are operated by Dorothy Mae ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. "Dorothy Mae" is the brand, author name and digital character used for our books and videos; her stories are told in character.
2. Products
We sell digital products only: ebooks and printables in PDF format. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page shows what is included and the price. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
3. Who processes your order
Orders are processed by Whop, which acts as the merchant of record. Whop handles payment, receipts and any applicable sales tax or VAT, and its own terms also apply to your purchase. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars.
4. Launch prices and bundles
Launch prices are valid until the end date and time shown on the site; after that, the regular price applies. Bundle savings are calculated against the prices currently shown on this site for the same books bought separately. Offers shown only after a purchase are available only on that page.
5. Delivery
Your download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually within minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or write to us.
6. Your license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read and print the books for your own household. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files.
7. All sales are final
Our products are digital files delivered immediately after payment. By completing your purchase, you ask us to deliver the digital content right away and you acknowledge that, once delivery has started, you lose any right of withdrawal, where such a right applies. For this reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you have a problem with a download or a file, write to us and we will help, and if we can't fix a faulty file we will refund you. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. See our Refund Policy.
8. Not medical advice
Our recipes and meal plans share traditional home cooking for information only. Please read our Disclaimer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
